You guarantee compliance with these terms of use.
Itsuki reserves the right to request the removal of any content using the voicebank at any time, and users are expected to comply promptly.
Itsuki is not responsible for any harm or losses resulting from the use of the voicebank.

Posting and distributing derivative works online (e.g., music, art, videos)
Modifying voicebank for personal use
Depicting romantic relationships between voicebank characters
Mild depictions of violence or grotesque expressions, such as battles or blood
Modifications to clothing, gender transformation, or age manipulation that alter the appearance of characters
Limited personal commercial use of derivative works, such as album sales

Redistribution of the original or modified voicebank in any form, including but not limited to sharing, selling, or uploading to public platforms
Excessive modification of the voicebank that makes it unrecognizable
Political or religious content, especially controversial topics
Bigotry or hateful content
Adult or sexually explicit content exceeding R-15
Excessive violence or grotesque content
Role-playing as the character, such as creating character bots or Vtubers based on the voicebank
Using the voicebank as the voice or image of other characters
Using the images in the voicebank outside of related videos (e.g., as an SNS profile picture)
Using the voicebank for anything related to AI

When publishing works that use the voicebank, credit the voicebank’s name in the title or description
When using works created by others, always obtain permission from the original creator
After the distribution ends, the voicebank may still be used as long as these terms are followed
