All rights to the voicebank and related characters published on this site belong to Itsuki.

By using the voicebank, you agree to the following terms:

You agree to comply with these Terms of Use.
If Itsuki requests the suspension of use of the voicebank, the user agrees to comply without delay.
Itsuki is not responsible for any harm or troubles resulting from the use of the voicebank.

Posting and distributing works using the voicebank
Modifying the voicebank for personal use
Depicting CB (character bonding) works that depict non-romantic relationships between the voicebank characters
Mild depictions of violence or grotesque expressions, such as battles or blood
Modifications that alter the character's appearance while retaining the original concept (e.g., changes to hairstyle and clothing, age manipulation)
Create or commission derivative works and use them for personal use or non-profit doujin (fan-based) activities

Distribution of modified configuration files (such as oto.ini, FRQ files, etc.)
Depicting romantic relationships (e.g., couples, crushes) between voicebank characters

Redistribution of the original or modified voicebank in any form, including but not limited to sharing, selling, or uploading to public platforms
Modifying the voicebank to the extent that it becomes unrecognizable
Political or religious content, especially controversial topics
Bigotry or hateful content
Adult or sexually explicit content exceeding R-15
Excessive violence or grotesque content
Using the voicebank for impersonation purposes, such as character bots, Vtubers, or other roleplay activities
Using the voicebank to portray characters other than its original design
Use of the included illustrations outside of works that utilize the voicebank, such as SNS profile pictures
Using the voicebank or any related materials for AI training, synthesis, generation, or dataset construction

When publishing works that use the voicebank, credit the voicebank’s name in the title or description
Height, personality and other descriptions are for reference purposes
If you wish to use derivative works created by other creators, please obtain permission from the original creator
Do not re-upload images from this site or my videos (e.g., to VocaDB) without permission. Contact me first if necessary
Please contact in advance if anything is unclear
After the distribution ends, the voicebank may still be used as long as these terms are followed
